2/4 Received “ Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date willbe provided when available. For more information aboutprocessing delays, please see our Refund Frequently.Asked Questions.” On WMR and bars disappeared

I called the IRS today and they informed me I had to verify my identity and that letter was sent out on the 1st that I never received. I let the individual know I figured that was the issue because the only time my refund has been delayed like this was years ago and my identity was the issue so I already verified my identity on 2/16 online with ID ME and it was successful.

She informed me then that there was nothing left for me to do and they will process my return that could take up to 9 weeks. However from experience it only took 2-3 weeks for me when this happened.

Just wanted to share with everyone in case your getting this message. Definitely reach out to be IRS because they DO need something additional from you at this point.
