      Hey y’all let’s update each other here if you filed with turbo tax, paid the $25 for early refund and have cycle code 05.

          You will not be eligible to receive your refund 5 Days Early if (1) you take a Refund Advance loan, (2) IRS delays payment of your refund, (3) your refund is lower than $250, or (4) your bank’s policies do not allow for same-day payment processing. 5 Days Early fee will be deducted directly from your refund prior to being deposited to your bank account. If your refund cannot be delivered 5 Days Early, you will not be charged the 5 Days Early fee.

            Your federal tax refund will be deposited to your selected bank account 5 days before the refund settlement date provided by the IRS (the date your refund would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly). The receipt of your refund 5 Days Early is subject to IRS submitting refund information to us at least 5 days before the refund settlement date. IRS does not always provide refund settlement information 5 days early.

              With my boyfriends taxes, he opted in for the pay with your refund and was offered the 5 days early… But he’s on path so idek
              If they can’t do 5 days early we don’t pay the $25 for it

                That’s 5 day early is true. But if you pay with your refund you should still be able to be to do the 5 day early thing

                  Also I read the fine print on TT and it literally says you won’t be eligible for the 5 days early if you pay your fees using your refund—if that’s the case, I’m going to be pissed at TT for offering it to begin with. They were so shady this year.

                    @Eto Demerzel
                    The IRS sends out the direct deposit 5 days before the ddd they tell us. Banks are told they have to hold the funds until a certain date but TT will release the funds to you (like a temp loan basically for the money they have pending)

                      I think that our DDD will be 2/26 and our transcripts will update 2/21…so unless TT can send them out THAT DAY, I don’t think we will get anything early. It’ll be 2/26.

                        Side note – how does TT know your DDD w/o transcript access so they can determine the date of day “-5”????

                          Same here. Filed 2/7, accepted 2/10. TT fee from return along with 5 days early.

                          WMR today 1 bar, path message.

                          Cycle 05, “as of” date 3/3 ( a Monday) so hopefully with the 5 days Wed the 26th of Feb I’ll see something.
