I normally get my refund around the same time every year as a PATHER and weekly. Most chance I will get my official transcript DDD on Friday, WMR DDD on this Saturday and deposit on the following Wednesday. That is according to my yearly records I kept for the past 3 years.

And have not moved since then on the WMR tool
I am a pather though. Does anybody have any insight on when I will be received my refund. What are these codes y’all are referring to that helps y’all know when you should expect your refund? -

“Around March first”. By March 1st (which means any day between 19th and March 1st)
There’s a difference!

@Itsjjacky a pather is someone who claims the Additonal Child Tax Credit (ACTC) and the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) on their return. If you are a pather you would see a TT 152 on your WMR page. Unless it’s not working which I hear is going around….

@Brokesaltine what is a pather then? I get the path message every year but I’m not sure if I got it this year. I made more money this year, maybe I didn’t qualify? I’m confused

@Jay
I searched irs.gov and found the article you’re referring to. I feel like for every 24 hours of waiting during the month of February, a whole month goes by. :( Anyone else feel like time is standing still when you’re waiting on money?? LOL
‘we will be updating the ‘Where’s My Refund?’ tool with projected deposit dates for most early EITC/ACTC refund filers by February 19. We expect most EITC or ACTC related refunds to be available in bank accounts or on debit cards by March 1 -

My bad about the 23rd read it wrong it’s the 19th
The IRS recently announced (see screenshot below) that WMR/IRS2Go will update by Feb 19th with expected refund payment dates for taxpayers who have filed electronically and claimed the EITC or ACTC.
Once processing is complete and the refund is approved, these early E-filers can expect to get their refund around March 1st. This is about two weeks later than the original Feb 15th PATH clearance date.

That not true about the 23rd.
WMR might not update until then but PATH is lifting after today. Some people may even get deposits this week. (Possibly)
Its all good people! -

I am receiving the path message as well. Initially, my transcript updated with the balance listed as a credit. And no 846 as of yet. Tax year balance was zero but today I am noticing the message changed to:
Your Information Is Not Available at This Time
If you requested an adjustment to your account your information will not be available until that transaction is complete. -

PATH is lifted!! Its just going to take a day or a couple days for everything to update depending in our cycle dates.
I am also wishing to have an update. The uncertainty is what really bugs me the most!!
If they would say it is 100% for sure your refund will be deposited by such and such date I would be fine! But the no update no communication thing is what is annoying! -
February 15, 2022 at 12:38 pm #4510227Ladyluck84

-
February 15, 2022 at 9:40 am #4510099Limbo
I did see on the irs.gov website that those with Path won’t see a projected deposit date until February 19th. So here’s to waiting until this weekend. Absolutely nerve wrecking.

They can take from you all year but when it’s time to give back. They want to take their time. This is a yearly allowance for us who work year all round busting our ass weather it be a front line working, grocery store worker. I don’t care where you work. You busted your ass to be rich once a year. 🤣🤣. I wanna be rich for a couple months.

February 15, 2022 at 7:20 am #4510056
Oh. Maybe because the path lifted in recent years on days weeklies updated huh. I’m not use to this. I’m use to it lifting and having a DDD. I freaked out. My bad
-
February 15, 2022 at 7:16 am #4510055Oh,thereyouare
All the billions spent, never to update their archaic machinery, but plenty to hire more agents to snoop in the average Americans bank account. It’s all bs..
-
February 15, 2022 at 7:15 am #4510054TKF
Relax, yes it did. Last night/today was a transcript update. WMR won’t update until tomorrow. Same for weeklies, transcripts are friday, WMR is Saturday.

@star777, I feel your frustration. Lol. The government, in general is always creating tactics, roadblocks & hell.

@fubar 75. Mines always lifted with no problem. I’m a weekly. I don’t care what day it lifted. Mines always lifted. This is bullshit. Every year they always want to add some shit and it’s always some bullshit in the air with them. Excuse my language. It just makes me upset. They always trying to add some type of something

Weeklys will more than likely get an update Saturday morning.
It’s been like that for me the last few years, and I’m PATH. -
February 15, 2022 at 6:49 am #4510042
@RazorLeaf it always update to something when the path lifts. I heard that their not lifting it until the 19th. I don’t see nothing on the irs website that states this. But hell I don’t even know when transcripts updates either.
-
February 15, 2022 at 6:30 am #4510032RazorLeaf
WMR is always 1 day behind transcripts.
