Getting nervous that even people filing after me have gotten the PATH message but mine hasn’t changed from the being processed message. Anyone else?
I thought they were anticipating a slow year, but my son filed same day (non-PATH), and he already has a DDD for the 8th.
Clearly, they’re moving quickly so why don’t I have PATH message yet? 🤔

I’m a Pather, with ACTC and EITC, w/tax topic 152. Last year, I never got the PATH message. It stayed at tax topic 152. WMR never updated, and stayed at “approved”. I got my direct deposit after 2/15 when it lifted, and WMR never updated.

I am also a PATHer, with EIC and ACTC credits. Filed 2/1 and I also don’t have the PATH msg, just the generic Tax Topic 152. I want to say that I “think” it can change later but I’m not 100% sure. I do know that at one point last year, it went from PATH msg to TT152 then back to PATH. I believe I’ve always started with PATH though so I am kind of nervous as well. Fingers crossed for us!!

I filed 1/27 and by the next day I was at 1 bar, still at one bar and I have CTC and EIC. I mostly get mine after mid Feb but last year I got it in the first week of Feb and a few years ago, I didn’t get it until July. Anyway, I haven’t gotten that typically PATH message and I usually do. I hope I might get it early but not holding my breath.

Hello, I am a Path filer but I never receive the message. So not everyone will receive the message. I filed early before 1/23/23 opening and I already have my DDD of 2/8/23.

The path message don’t mean anything it’s a generic message I never get that message and always get my money in the first round of ddd normally around 2/24
