      I usually just lurk on here but I have just a really quick question. I filed 2/3 and was accepted 30 min. later. I was able to order transcripts yesterday and today I finally got the PATH message. My processing date says 2/27/17 but my cycle says 20170602. What the heck does that mean?

          So basically having the path message doesnt mean anything then. I filed the 27th. Should I have a letter by now if I was under review

              Where did you find your processing date? I filed mine 01/17 it was accepted 01/23 but I am getting the path message too. Help!

                @Savanna If you call before 21 days IRS reps will tell you anything to get you off the phone lol…even if you call after, then i’ve had the pleasure of getting five different answers from five different people.

                I agree is that being able to order transcripts is very subjective and not a sure thing at all about if your proceeded or not however if your under review the IRS will send you a letter and also throw up a error code on WMR or instructions to call.

                Missing a refund amount does not mean under review

                  That agent is wrong lol. If you have the PATH message you wont see the amount on WMR.

                    I have the path message. I was told that just because you can order your returns doesnt mean it was approved or processed. Just what I was told. I was also told if your amount is gone on wmr that means your under review. Not speculating but was told by an IRS rep.

                        @tonya I was told the 6 is for the 6th week after filing and the two is for the second day which would be a Monday Friday would be the first processing day
