      I woke up Saturday morning 2/4 to the first change in weeks, from one bar to the PATH Act message. Curious to see if anyone here received the PATH Act message before 2/4? If so how early?

          I filed 1/18 and was accepted same day. I had one bar until 1/28 when I got the Path Act message. I have my transcripts and looks like I have a date of 2-13-17 but im sure I want get it until atleast the 15th or maybe even after.
