Are 100% of refunds being held if anyone has EIC or ACTC on their return? I’m interpreting the language of the PATCH act as YES, 100%. However, I have read some people post that they have EIC, ACTC or both and have a DDD date now.

You need to believe the IRS. The PATH ACT is A FEDERAL LAW that applies to ANYONE who claimed the EIC or ACTC. If you claimed those two credits, then the PATH ACT law applies to you, and you won’t receive anymore updates until after the 15th of Feb. Hope this helps and good luck to all!!

Aprila, anyone here who received a DDD didn’t claim the EITC or ACTC.
