Past my 60 day review…need some advice

3/17 I received a letter telling me that my taxes are under a 60 day review because they needed to verify my income. It is past my 60 days and I still haven’t heard anything, no calls, no letters, nada. I have tried contacting both the local and the federal tax advocates and have found myself only being able to leave a message or being put on hold for 45 minutes and then have the call end. I don’t know what to do or who I can contact that can give me any bit of information about what is going on and if there’s anything that I can do to speed this process up. I’m suffering financially between still waiting for unemployment to come through and waiting for the quarantine to life so I can return to work. Any suggestions? thank you
