OVERPAID

      Good morning. i owed back taxes from 2017. i paid the remaining balance last Tuesday 1/21/20. The IRS process my refund on Friday 1/24/20 and took out my past due taxes. DDD of 01/29/20. Then this morning, they took out my montly instatllment payment from my bank account. So my question is this….Will the IRS issue me an overpayment check and mail it to me?
