      I was able to order both transcripts does this mean my refund is approved and will see a DDD soon?

          “If you are unable to view your transcripts online, then there is no way to say for sure that you will have a DDD soon. Although it is generally a good sign that things are moving along if you can order them, there is a chance that the transcripts have not finished updating and can be sent out containing no information.”
