I worked 2 jobs last year (no longer employed by anyone) and if I remember correctly they both used ADP. I received an email stating my W-2 is available online but it does not state for which employer. So I went to login and couldn’t, assuming I forgot the correct login I tried resetting it but it’s saying my account has been suspended and to contact my employers payroll. Would I still receive both W-2’s in the mail? I can contact one employer if need be, but the other employer was a seasonal job and I don’t know who to contact for my W-2 information. Any help is appreciated as I am not sure what to do! Thanks!

Yes, you will still receive a hard copy of your W-2 in the mail. This is to keep for your own records and for you to hold for 7 to 10 years, in case you should have to present it to the IRS in the future. If they haven’t sent you a physical copy by February 15th, you may want to contact the IRS and tell them. The IRS will then contact your employer and ask them what happened. Even if you receive your W-2 online, They will still have to abide by the rule of having your W-2 postmarked and mailed out by the end of business on January 31st. It’s the law.
