      I am trying to order my transcripts online but I keep getting a technical difficulties page. I have been able to order them through the mail though. Does anyone know why this keeps happening or have any suggestions?

          If you are having difficulties then some of the information that you are entering is not correct. Be careful on things like address with Road spelled out when it could be rd or court is usually ct. just a suggestion as that was the reason mine was giving me the message.
