      So I’ve seen quite a few posts saying “my dd says ON this day it’ll be deposited” but mine says BY this day. Does that mean I could get it sooner or is the IRS just wanting to get me excited by thinking I could get it sooner? I mean they are known for trying to be cute haha

          i think they are mistaken. irs site ALWAYS only says BY SUCH & SUCH DATE. never has a definite date.

              mine says by the 22nd but on the side says deposit date 2/22. Since it is tomorrow, i am past hoping for it early and just hope it is there tomorrow morning.
