Means they havent gotten around to processing it. I have the same exact thing and I filed almost 2 weeks ago.

Thanks I called the transcript line and no transcripts for my new address for 2015 but The account transcript is there for my old address for 2015.
No return transcript. What does this mean??

What does it mean if you have no bars, no tax topic but your SSN and Refund amount is still showing?

Have you tried ordering transcripts over the phone? If not, here is the # 800-908-9946. My address changed from last year to this year. My new address is a mouth full and if you do NOT input the format right (meaning how the post office abbreviates it) then it could possibly tell you “no match”. It’s easier to try ordering over the phone. You only have to input your SS and your house number… Hope that works for you. That’s how I had to do it because of my new address.

I filed with taxact on 1/28 and accepted 1/28 only have on bar and transcripts say no match for new or old address. I just knew I would have a date this morning. :(. But last year I got a date for Fri and got my money Thur. Anybody dealing with this?

No, I didn’t have to verify. I’m sorry, I wish I had more knowledge about that. I have seen in other threads where a lot of other people have had to verify.

But I haven’t lost my status bar.. Still have refund amount, social, and Tax Topic 152
None of that has ever changed..
If I didn’t have problems in prior years, I wouldn’t have called..
I still haven’t received the letter, they said was being sent..

Maybe this will help….my husband and I filed on jan 12 accepted jan 13 with one bar. Had on bar until jan 30 then poof it was gone with generic message refund being processed and a ddd will be provided when one is available. Stayed like that until this morning when I woke up with finally 2 bars again and a ddd of feb 10. Hope this helps because we were freaking out too. But as long as the bars disappear and your refund amount and tax topic 152 is still there your ddd will be coming soon!

Not sure if my experience will help or not..
I filed 1/11, accepted 1/12 w/Turbo Tax. I sat at 1 bar with Tax Topic 152. On 1/29 I was able to order my account transcript only. Woke up 1/30 to NO bars and the message that my return was being processed and a refund date will be provided when available. I still had Tax Topic 152. I found out that I had been resequenced due to the number of people who filed “early” and on opening day. I stayed like that until 2/5 (yesterday). I was then able to order my return transcript and I woke up today to a DDD of 2/10. Dependent on when you filed, you could have been resequenced. Also, I if you have no messages or a number to call then it’s a good chance that it is just delayed due to the number of refunds that have been filed. So many people were pushed back because of that. Of course, I don’t know but I’m just trying to share my experience.

I want to make sure I’m understanding before I share anything, You filed on Tuesday and had 1 bar? Now you have NO bars and a message that says that “your return is being processed and a refund date will become provided when available”? Do you have any TAX TOPICS showing?

I’m in the same boat! Last year I lost my bars 3 days after filing and didn’t get my refund until May! This year I went 2 weeks with 1 bar and then this morning NOTHING! I hope that I’m not delayed again because I really NEED the money this year!
