      Hey, so the DOE sent notification to the IRS this past Friday to reverse my offset. I had to enter a payment agreement and make three of the payments, but I was able to do it. I have NOT filed taxes yet, since I always call the TOP line first because of past experiences. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes the IRS to update TOP and how often does it update. I have been told 4-6 weeks, but the tax deadline is approaching and I don’t want to be penalized for not filing.
