      I have a ? I have an offset with my states unemployment and with the IRS from 2 years ago. When I check WMR it shows there will be an offset… now when I call the treasury hotline for offsets it just says my social shows 1 offset for the amount that i owe to the unemployment for my state. Will this be all that is deducted from my refund since thats all the treasury hotline says?!? I have a DD date for Feb. 24 2016. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

          Hnr block filed 2/5 ddd2/18 w offset for past due child support. Got my ds on 2/18 at 3:45am on my card minus the offset. Only problem I’m having is state also deducted the offset so now I have to wait for treasury dept to reissue state God knows when that will be..

            Filed Feb 16th and accepted the 17th. wmr ddd 2/24 with an offset statement. Call the number provided and I have no offsets. Still confused

              I have an offset as well, and they only took what was owed. They shouldn’t take more or less than the debt.
