Offset question

Hopefully someone can answer this question. So I have a small offset and when I call the hotline it says my refund has been offset for payment dated 02/26 but neither wmr or my transcripts have updated so just confused on how they are taking something that doesn’t exist yet??? Never had this before so just trying to figure it out. Thankyou

I have an offset and mine has not updated to a date either its still saying the payment from last tax season

Yeah I called the number it’s just not giving me a date yet. Guess that means I don’t have a date yet. We deal with the offset every year so its nothing new to me. I’m just used to being able to pull our transcripts to know our ddd. Can’t get them this year so looking at other ways to figure it out lol

@Mrs. Hardaway, they will take your refunds on the DDD until the debt has been satisfied. Good luck.

If it’s scheduled to come out on a certain date, you will most likely receive the balance later that day (if daily) or the following week (if weekly)

I think there is a number to call to find out about offsets – I believe its 1-800-304-3107

How are yall hearing when it will be paid? I have 2 offsets but it doesn’t give a payment date.

I have same issue I was wondering if that’s our refund date or the date the other party receives it
