Offset hotline

      I called the offset hotline and option 1 stated I have nothing option 2 states it’s unable to process my request. Has this happened to anyone??

          Hotline is back up and running.

            Yes…Indiana return was taken for offset via IRS 02/02 according to Indiana WMR. IRS WMR is still 1 bar/processing with only tt 152. No ACTC/EIC for me. I called the TOP hotline and same results
