Offset holding up processing? what to do?

My wife and i filed seperated last year due to marital problems but have since worked it out, so we filed joint this year. she owed 200 back to the feds from last year which i knew about when i filed.

we filed our joint 1/24 with the EIC credits, no progress on WMR since all the updates, how long does it take them to process offsets and send me my return?? i know her owing money is whats holding it up but shouldnt take this long right? i ordered my transcripts weeks ago and got a cycle date of 0405, since then ive seen alot of people with the same cycle code get DDD….anything we can do? i spoke to an agent and she said her offset is the only thing holding us up

when my wife checks the offset hotline is doesnt say any offset has been applied to the account, but when i spoke to the agent, thats the only thing holding us up is her offset so idk

It shouldn’t hold it up. I had student loan offset my only delay was the new credits issue, my DDD is 2/23, irs offset hotline already shows my amount being applied to offset
