Good Morning. I spike with the DOE and she stated I will get my refund back. Its 9gs. But when reading everything I dont fall into that window. She noted it in my acct and Alltran my collection agency said they can see it noted? My question is because she noted it is it going to happen or a customer service rep giving me false hope?

We have that same date also. No clue of whats going on. Some say they have talked to DOE and told they will get it, some say they have received a letter saying they will get the money back. Others say that March 13th date will screw most over.
We have not got a letter yet, and don’t have the time to sit for hours on the phone to be lied to.
