      Hello Fellow Pathers:)
      Anyone know how long they will hold your refund if you ate having fees taken out AND an offset from the state?

          Past years I’ve had offsets from the state but they never touched my federal. To my understanding any offsets unless it’s like an IRS debt will come from state refund only. Don’t quote me though because that’s just my experience lol you should still get your refund on time if you have no other issues. I hope that’s sooner than later 🙂

              You’ll receive it same as if you didn’t have offset. Definitely on your DDD, or sooner. Not later.
