Nys state refund

When I filed my taxes, I checked my state refund a few days after it was accepted and it said “Your taxes may be under review and need further information”. I checked it again a few days later and it said “We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time.” What does this mean?? Everyone are getting their state or atleast getting dates to recieve it but me”

  Chris I’m fine. lol I know nys usually takes a while. I was just telling Bri88 what happened with the different messages which are a little strange this year.

  Sharon, I filed on Jan 23rd, accepted on the Jan 27th and got a DDD yesterday for the 21st. Exactly 4 weeks. Patient, it’s coming. Good luck, Chris

  Your probably getting close. When did you file. My son filed 1/28 and first had may need further review message, a few days later updated to being processed, then a few days later he got a DDD of 2/17. Now his was a simple return no deductions. He’s still classified as my dependent. I filed 2/3 and I’m still on the may need further review. NYS is always slow.
