      Need to change bank account and register with irs in case we receive third stimulus check. Only problem due to being on ssa no taxable income, no tax refund, no money owed. Can’t get tax preparing company or irs explain to me how I am supposed to get to page to change my bank account number? Any help would be much appreciated if you know answer.
