      Hi All,
      I finally got through to an agent and after a 20 minute investigation, I was told that my return is delayed due to the system wrongly flagging my return due to an IP Pin. I’ve never received an IP Pin and the agent verified that my account does not have an IP pin. The system made an error and it will hopefully be resolved very soon. The agent graciously added a note to my account about this error.

      Also, I was accepted on the 18th, my bars disappeared around March 1st and I’ve had the “still being processed” message since then. The agent said my return did not start processing until 3/1, hence the still processing message.
