NO WMR

I filed on 1/21 and have not been accepted per WMR and the 800 number. Tax preparer says it is accepted on his end. WMR says i am putting in wrong information and I am not. Transcripts had a * but this week changed to N/a but no updates from that. I have no EIC or CTC credits. Anyone else in the same boat??

This happened to me for two days and then WMR came back with one bar. I was scared too, but it came back.

I filed and was accepted on 01/31. I had 1 bar on WMR and it disappeared as of yesterday. My transcripts show no refund has been filed. :(

This happened to me. Forgot to report the ACTC due to not receiving the letter 6419. This filing year has been horrendous because of the IRS.

That happened to me too. I found out that some random person tried to file taxes in my name while using a stolen ID and random SSN. It took the service 4 months to get it right for me.

My husband works for the service. He said that while there are many reasons why this would happen, even at random for the returns that are completely fine; this is a big reason why your return may have this issue, and when they correct the amount, It wont always be the refund that you were expecting. Sometimes it will be more, sometimes it will be less (in most cases and do to an offset), and in very rare cases sometime no refund at all.

My guess is they are pulling returns, and ensuring that the correct information is being put into the system. A lot of people are filing their taxes, and claiming a credit / not claiming a credit that is due / and or not reporting or forgetting to report a tax form / and or W-2. When this happens, and the system recognizes it, It will kick it out as an error, and it may need to be reviewed for errors.

I got filed 1/21 accepted 1/24. I was able to see my status earlier today, now it’s saying that I’m entering the incorrect information.

Before my top right transcript had 2021 but blank. And top left always N/A
Then I noticed both top 2021 rows Went to NA for M/T/W/Thursday night onto Friday morning transcript updates
Saturday morning wmr 2 bars
I was accepted 1/21 and DD 2/9

I am having that same issue. Filed and accepted 1/27 but still says no refund received on transcripts and WMR

I filed 1/28, accepted that day.
Transcript updated 2/1 with as of date 2/21/22
I could login to wmr and got path message.
Today WMR says entered wrong info. Tried multiple times but says wrong info every time.

Filed 1/28, accepted 1/28. NO bars on WMR, site still says they dont have a record of my return. Transcripts are NA
