called twice, given 2 different stories: 1 a letter will be sent (never received) 2 there are no issues. so no real clue what’s happening.

transcripts are all N/A except wage which says “no returned filed”

nothing has changed with my return in the past 5 years, filed just the same..

I would feel a lot better if I can get a REAL status on my refund. ” still processing” is a very vague description and it helps no one.

anyone else just as lost as me?? if I don’t see a update by tomorrow I honestly don’t know what my next move should be

I emailed the Today Show and asked if they could do a segment or find out why during this time are so many peoples taxes getting held up!! I believe everyone thats waiting should also do the same! Maybe with enough requests we may get our taxes!!

Code 766, 768, 570 on transcript. Claiming both credits.
Wmr site shows still Processing. Accepted 2/3
Called and spoke with Mrs Smith-Wilson about the 570 code, says it means under review and to give it 45 days from the 570 code date of 3/9. Says I may or may not receive a letter and to keep checking site because once whatever they’re reviewing is done, it will update. Can’t see transcripts online and still processing this morning, 😡😡

All my transcripts say not available..no information to view. Only my wage transcripts has a 2019 date but when you open it its says no return filed.

And i had hopes i would be in the Saturday update bunch but NOPE ..still no update and im clueless on what to do now

Same exact boat as you! What do you mean by your transcripts show N/A? Like there isnt any information on any of them regarding your return? Does yours show a cycle code or 570 or any dates? My transcripts show cycle 20200905 with 570 code and a processing date of 3-16-2020. Nothing on my wage transcript, but it does say that one may not update until summer. I’m so confused.

Filed and accepted the same day as you. No letter and never able to get through to talk to anyone. I do have credits for my kids but information hasn’t changed in last 3 years it’s crazy. I wonder when I will get an update

Same here. Filed/accepted Feb 2nd and nothing had changed except on the 15th when my tax topic and bars disappeared to still processing.
Everything is the same except our refund is much smaller then years past. Grrrr

So frustrating! They really need a more efficient way to update taxpayers. Im guessing my next move is the tax advocate

We are in the same boat. Im getting so fustrated and when i call they are so rude and have a new explanation im currently trying to call a tax advocate now . This is by far the worst tax year i experienced
