Filed 3/25 and accepted same day through Taxslayer. On WMR I Stayed on “Processing” for 1 week then changed to “still processing” . WITH GMP it says cant determine eligibility. No letters nor can I get through to anyone.
Has anyone else had this problem????
I just need something A LITTLE COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY!!!

I filed January 15th got IDV letter. Then month later 60 day review so not to be rude but it hasn’t even been “that long” for you yet plus they were closed for a while in your time period.

Also, any “communication” you get here is peer-to-peer — from people just like you. The IRS does not monitor this website or respond to it.

@steffanie4, keep checking your mail. “Still processing” **very often** indicates that the IRS wants you to pass an identity verification test (IDV). The form 5071C typically arrives in the mail perhaps two to three weeks after the WMR change to “still processing,” but the timeline may be delayed because of the temporary closure.
