No offset till I had something to offset

I’m so mad right now. I had a offset a few years back so now I’m in the habit of calling every year to make sure I don’t have one. All this time since I filed in January there were no offsets. Now I just checked wmr and it offset my whole amount!!! What is this be homeless and no car forever???? My kids were depending on me so they could come home. Now they will have to go up for adoption next month and I’m just so mad!!!! How can they do this? I called the offset line and there was no offset!!!! There was never an offset until we had money to take!!!! Why do I feel husteld????

Firs of all they live with me for 9 months during the year so that allowed me to claim them. I had a real tax preparer do my taxes and she was aware of all of that. My kids are with my family so know what the fuck ur talking about before u talk shit

What is the offset for? You can always get a tax advocate and or try and contact who has the offset to work something out
