no Letter return still processing

It’s been 3 weeks since return went to error Dept still no letter when I call they only tell me it’s in error Dept they will try to fix it or send me letter on what is needed from me anyone else being told this

  Yes they told me on 3/3 it had been in error Dept for 15 days 3/18 so it went there one week after being received on had bars till 2/28 then they disappeared and no tax topic anymore but refund amount is still on the left. On 3/9 when I called they said it had to do with health care but couldn’t tell me what it was and no letter has been sent she did a referral to have letter sent in next 4 weeks told me to call back in two weeks so frustrating….

  Errors Resolution Department. The IRS employees refer to this as the “ERS” department.

  Error Department? First I’ve heard of that! Did they tell you WHY it’s in the “error dept”? Weird that they haven’t sent you a letter yet and you had to call to find that out…🤔
