No early deposits for Green Dot

According to a chart on igmr, green dot tends to post paychecks early but not refunds. Sucks if you ordered your refund in the turbo debit not knowing what bank they use (it’s different every year).

Anyone ever get refunds early on green dot?

  I know Tom. But many many banks make the funds available before the scheduled deposit date. Except Green Dot

  No bank, Greendot or included, will make your funds available to you before the IRS sends them a prenote.
  
  Usually, Greendot (and the likes) will make your money available to you as soon as they receive a prenote as confirmation an actual deposit is coming. But there is no guarantee.
  
  I used GoBank for my payroll dd at my second job for years. Payday was Friday… my money would be available anywhere between 3pm Wednesday to 11am Friday. Just depended on when they received that prenote.
