No change on transcripts for 2 weeks!?!

We filed 2/4 and was accepted 2/4. Had a DDD of 2/20 then recived a CP53 dated the 3/9 THEN 2 days later received a LTR 4883C dated 3/4! We physically went into the IRS office and was verified and told our bank had rejected the deposit (called the bank and they had no record of anything rejected) and we were being issued a paper check. Fast forward to 3/20 ordered transcripts and had codes of 150 with a date of 3/9 806 with a date of 4/15 971 3/9 570 3/9 571 3/16 846 3/16 841 3/16 today still nothing had changed on WMR or our transcripts so I called the number on the CP53 and was told the same thing as what we were told in the office. Then I called the number on the LTR 4883C and was told I needed to Id verif. I told them I had done that in person on 3/12 but they had no record of it. So I verified over the phone today. Any insight on when I will possibly see a DDD date? Also we filed with Turbo tax and opted for the fee to be taken out of our refund. We havent seen any transcripts since 3/23! HELP!!!
