Well since then heres whats happened
Called ipsu number for the third time,got a guy on the line ,told him about not being able to get my transcripts and that i had a flag on my account,that i was really concerned about it and hadnt gotten any real answers,the guy was awesome and nice,he said he was suppose to be able to view my refund yet (21 day thing) but he would see what he could find,
he came back and said that he had 2 other calls in the past hour with the exact same issue,i asked what he meant
he stated that they also filed around the same day 2/2,2/3,2/4
he said apperantly the flag went on this past december on the 4th,for no reason,there were no notes,no nothing about why it was added,just as the other two phone calls he had,one dec 4th,so he sent an email to the employee who put it on and asked why,and asked him to remove it.
I told him when i call the transcript phone line,that it said “no information available for 2014” he said he could send me my 2014 account transcript,i said awesome,still waiting on it in the mail
He then said there were no notes on my refund or account,and that the identity issue would not have any effect on my refund what so ever,
( basically the flag that was put on doesnt require verification or something) but yeah no notes or anything,and that he saw i was accepted on the 9th of febuary,2/9
I said turbo tax told me i was accepted 2/3 ,he didnt understand why,but that was the end of that call.
About 4 days later ,still no bars,tac topic 152 or whatever gone,still,but then my refund amount came back on the bottom left,not sure what it means.Anyways
Called the irs this time directly
Got a lady,told her everything thus far
She said the same,she wasnt suppose to do it,but was curious and would see what she could find,she came back and said she was still digging,came back a second time from hold and said “I FOUND SOMETHING ,give me just a few more seconds to pull it all together ”
she came back and said ok,theres no errors,no flags,no issues,it shows you originlly file on the 2nd (2/2)and were rejected,i said yes and explained me and my wife jsut got married and hadnt changed her ss number yet so i had to put her old last name down,she said ok,she said then you resubmitted it and it got re filed and was accepted on the 9TH,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ON THE 9TH,so apperantly when i got rejected it threw me out of line and slowed down the resubmission or something,and that everything looks ,and should probably see something next week,wich is this coming week,i talked to her on the 17th,
So,after all this,this longgggggg post,apperantly ,if you look on the irs website,and the lady i talked to,the bars on wmr come and go,sometimes for no reason,sometimes for reviews,sometimes for fraud,sometimes they never show up for people,sometimes people cant even pull up the info page because it will tell them there info is incorrect,or that they have no record,and that there also having a lot of issues with wmr this year,
AND IM LEFT WITH REALISING THAT SOMEWHERE BETWEEN TURBOTAX AND THE IRS,MY AX ACCEPTED DATE GOT MESSED UP,and that for exactly 7 days i was checking wmr,and it wasnt even recieved yet,resetting my waiting by a hole week,
So after all this is i suggest you people in my same boat call the irs,call them,and ask them to tell you when your refund got accepted.
