My bars disappeared but when I’m logged into my SSA account I could see my income from the return I just filed on the 31st.

I thought that was interesting and it gave me hope that they are processing my return and there’s not an issue with it.

I never even thought to look at the SSA sight for my income information. I was trying to get the green forms they used to send out but now you have to download them.

I am a W-2 employee but my AGI is like $5000 lower than the amount listed on my w-2, and the amount I saw on my SSA was the AGI from my return. I hope that’s good news! 😁

I’m self employed and my income shows in 2017 slot on the ssa website does that mean my taxes are done?

This year the IRS required employers to submit your W2 information to them by Dec31st also so they could match your returns & W2 info this year and combat fraud.
Last year my SSA info did not update until about may but I still got my refund on time with no problems.

Unless your self employed your job sends ssa your income not the irs. If you are self employed thats awesome it means the irs accepted your income
