      I filed and was accepted feb 9 bit still cannot order either transcript….

          I can’t get my online transcript – error message says my info doesn’t match or it can’t be checked because I have a lock on my credit report.

          I was able to order my transcript online – delivered via mail a few days ago. Today I used the phone automated system for BOTH account and return transcripts for 2016. Both will e mailed and will take 5-10 days.

          Does that mean I’m processed and will get my refund?

            No update. Still unable to order transcripts with new address.

            2/9 filed & accepted
            Both credits.
            One bar ..generic tax topic 152

              Filed 2/8 I was only able to order account transcript not return transcript.

                Just was able to order both transcripts by mail. Hopefully we update this weekend

                  Ty @texas 2-8. Yes I could order both by mail. The WMR still says processing today. Maybe tomorrow.

                    @sam Yes you are good to go! ☺
                    You will receive them in mail 5-10 days. But good news is if you were able to order both transcripts you have been processed. You should receive a DDD SOON

                      Question if you guys can help me. I couldn’t order transcript online. Verification wouldn’t work in credit card. However, I had the choice to order 2016 by the mail option. Does that mean it was worked.

                              Filed 2/2 and accepted the same day.

                              Can see account transcript under old address but it’s blank with a processing date of 2/27
