No 846 Code Refund processing (check this theory )

So this morning my WMR updated to “we recieved your refund and it is being processed” along with my refund amount filing status, so I checked my transcript and there is no 846 code 😣, so I checked Santa Barbara no refund sent. So since my cycle code ends with 05 i update weekly and will have to wait until next week. But I have a offset two in fact one for 100 and one for 341, so I called to check them on the offset line, they are gone now, I think it’s a indicator that my refund was approved if my debt was paid off. Just a lucky guess. Tell me what you think.

So I had an offset that was gone Friday and Saturday but is back as of this morning. No DDD or 846 code on transcript. No idea what’s going on.

Filed and accepted 1/31. Just checked and WMR updated to 2 bars, DDD 2/22!

@Saranicole most likely if you had an offset for overpayment and it’s gone now, its been paid already in full. Call Tuesday and check on it if your WMR doesnt update that’s what I plan to do. My transcripts wont update until Friday and WMR still is on processing , but offsets gone I believe a good sign

I have a question, i called the offset number it says i have no offsets but i know i owe child support for over payment aparently. Why wouldnt it be showing up? Could it have already been paid out of my refund and i not know it?

Hmm is there a way I change my @NAME because I’m getting mentioned in things I don’t think I started a discussion or commented in? Not really a big deal but it would be nice so I don’t get confused with others with my name which is @kimberly I’m pretty sure

@Kimberly, I think you’re on to something. Just Tuesday, I had two pending offsets also, I just called the offset line and they are no longer there. I am also a weekly and a pather. So, here’s hoping that we will see a deposit next week. Cycle code 20190505, processing date 2/18/19.

I’ve been thinking that us weeklies might have that 846 release code behind the scenes. and since our transcripts only populate on Fridays to be viewable for us we just can’t see it. I’ve seen numerous reports of offsets being paid and advances being paid with no 846 code. i dont have an offset or an advance loan so i can’t check either, but i am praying that we have that 2/22 DDD like everyone else and we just can’t see it yet. I’ve had the 2/22 DDD the last 2 years and this year i have a 2/11 processing date and complete transcripts aside from 846 since 1/25. i dont see why people like myself wouldn’t update with a DDD along with everyone else. I’m pretty sure the whole daily weekly thing goes out the window once path is lifted. we will see soon enough i guess.

Ok so I looked at my Account transcripts.

Last year they had a processing date of Feb 19 and we received our dd on Feb 22

This year our processing date is Feb 25 sooo…

The cycle date next to 150 is 20190605 / 2/7/19

i agree with you! i owe the IRS most of my refund and have been trying to call to see if its been removed yet but since closed wont let me even get any info. ughh

Almost the same thing happening with me. Woke to “being processed” message today. No 846 on my transcript. Cycle 20190405 .

Had 1 offset for child support that was there yesterday, cleared as of this morning. Hoping this means I’ve been approved and will get the deposit this week sometime.

I was offset 2 years in a row a couple years ago. It definitely sounds like you’re approved and will be on track for next week. My student loans have been taken care of for almost 3 years now, so no offset, but now I have no alternative way to check being weekly lol.

I have access to my transcripts but it didnt update like every one else’s. But I believe I’m in the clear I dont owe the state anymore. So maybe next week a DD

When I had an offset that was paid, I got my DD on the 23rd of Feb in 2017— right on time with most every other PATHer. I’ve never tracked my transcripts.

@Christina about two weeks ago I called about my offset she told me I will be offset this year, since they are gone I believe your right it was paid through the federal refund, if so I’m approved, just wish my cycle code wasn’t weekly. But I think I found a way ppl can check with no 846 code if they have a offset they know about.

That DEFINETLY sounds like correct theory! Either they removed your offset or paid through your return which means approved. So either way its a good thing @
