      I filed injured spouse I filed on Jan 22 and the federal got accepted Jan 22 the state accepted it on Jan 28 I received my direct deposit for my state on Feb 18 but I’m still waiting on my federal no updates on Saturday. My husband owes back child support and he can’t work anymore he hasn’t worked for few years can anyone help me out I’m so lost.

          He applied for disability just doing the waiting game his kids are over 18 already.

            Has he applied for disability? It is a lengthy process but that is the only thing that will get him out of the child support hole. Eventually he will be incarcerated for failure to pay.
