      My federal had already been approved and ddd of 2/7 but my state taxes arr still pending?! Anyone else having this issue!?!? I filed 1/29

          I’m so glad that I don’t have to deal with a New Mexico State return this year. Last year I filed January 21st I did not get my New Mexico State return until the week of April 15th

            Same experience here – still pending, filed 2/2/18. Federal was accepted the next day, State of NM is still ‘Pending’.

              Yes i filed 1/25 and state is still pending wmr on 1 bar tax topic 152
