I’ve been reading the IRS manual some more to try and figure out more information.
All transactions (codes) must be posted to transcripts by 9PM on weekdays and 10PM on thursday. With that being said, you should see updates by 10 PM on weekdays and 11PM on thursday nights

A 570 code can be put on a transcript to freeze the refund. This can happen if the return is an erroneous return and it happens systemically. These errors usually fix themselves. When this happens you are held for either 7 calendar days or 4 business days if your return meets the Priority refund Transcript criteria(Still researching this). The 570 code will then remove itself and you will see an 846 code the following Thursday.
IRS reps can however keep this from happening to resolve issues. This usually means you will get a letter CP12 or CP24.
