      Have you been getting your deposits? Heard a lot people have been getting them rejected for no reason. Deposit stories please.

          I haven’t used the card in six months but I called them about four or five times this month to make sure the account is still active and they said yes. I even deposited some money yesterday to find out that was rejected too!

            I got a new Netspend card this year. Already activated it and made an online account, so I doubt they would cancel mine. Did they tell you why they closed it? My ddd is 2/19 also and I still don’t even have a pending transaction. I hate tax time it’s so nerve racking.

              Normally I would have good things to say about netspend because I’ve used them for my refund for three years now. Even this year, it came in six days early((DDD was for 2/19) but it was rejected a whole six hours after they closed my account!! Not only is this a big inconvenience, I have to wait for a paper check.
