      Netspend received my refund before I had my card. Activated my card, still says zero balance. Anyone else have this problem or does anyone know how long it take account to update after card is activated?

          That’s strange. I had to order a new card last year and my refund showed up before the card. I went to ace cash express, where I got the netspend card, and they gave me a temp so my money would be accessible. It was there immediately when she hooked my account to the card. Definitely call them, or if you can go to a check cashing place that does netspend, they can look it up too. I’d rather drive a mile to the check place than wait on hold forever.
