So I called the IRS because my bars and topic went missing over a week ago. The rep didn’t look at my account but asked when I filed and that it should be in my account by the 10th and if not to call back. I have yet to update on WMR. When I log in it says “Your refund is till being processed and a date will be available”…. I just feel that if the rep said the 10th it should have updated on WMR. I went through TT to have fees taken out.

I submitted on 1/14 I got an acceptance on 1/19 Saturday my bars disappeared w/ the stereotypical message & Tax Topic 152

This weekend & 3 calls to TT I find out that in fact the returns submitted on the 14th were REJECTED RESUBMITTED and accepted…I was never told of a rejection. So hold that thought for a paragraph…

I am facing very serious issues after two lay offs and researched Hardship Refunds. If you can prove Economic Peril the Advocate can expedite return. so after 2 days on phone & a broad (& I use that intentionally) in the Advocate Office talking down to me I requested a Supervisor So…by this point I am crying so he says he will “break the rules and get in trouble for me and go look ONE DAY early..” he says my return is pulled for review b/c of Education Credits & says he is transferring me to direct Advocate & I get the BROAD again who proceeds to HANG UP ON ME

Then I call the 1040 # 20x and continue choosing options until I get a VERY NICE man who talks me off the ledge and after 30 minutes he says it is not “Pulled For Review” it was RE SEQUENCED w/ the “Rejection” & he was working on freeing it up and I got DISCONNECTED.

So I don’t know when you submitted or if any of this will help but I do know EIC was an issue but i do not have that….
