      I received that letter today wanting more info before they start processing my return. I noticed the letter said I needed to have my most recent tax return available. But I do not have access to it. I lost the hard drive on my computer a couple days ago which had all my prior year returns. I tried going through the idverify website but it wouldn’t verify me because I didn’t know my AGI. I can view my previous years transcripts except for 2014.

      Does anyone know how I can go about getting a copy of my 2014 return even though there are no transcripts for it? I don’t want to call that idverify number without having what I need. Is there anything else I should be aware of or need to know when I call? Thanks for any help you can provide.

          I can’t. I used a retail copy of turbo tax which I never registered.

            Go back to the site you did your taxes on and download them.
