Navy federal credit union deposits

Anyone remember if navy federal deposits or shows a pending the day before like with most of our deposits? I can’t remember but I believe my refund showed up the day before on navy federal but only as “pending” than the next day it was released..

Original DDD 3/2. Navy Fed sent me a text this morning it will be deposited 2/29. Yes, it was pending as of 2/27

Just called they said it could take up to 4pm to process all tax returns. That seems ridiculous!

Ugh I have nothing pending and it’s almost 430 they won’t release funds early (have it pushed through) after 430 so I hope I see it on the day of…. My coworker said we won’t see it until midnight I was just hoping it would show earlier

Check again with Navy Federal to see if pending. Just checked and got mine released in 5 mins.

I’m still not pending but my money is coming from tpg and that shows it’s been sent to navy federal already. I’m sure this afternoon I will see a deposit or pending.

I called at 6:15 and got my refund pushed and available to my account today. Was super easy I said I had a pending deposit and was wondering if it could be released early and not even 3 mins on phone I was g2g

Mine is pending as well. My pending deposits are automatically released a day early.

I called navy federal and they said the amount pending was just a memo that the money would be coming and the bank hadnt recieved any actual money and that the refund probably wouldnt hit until 26th. I hope the guy I talk to was wrong and it hits tomorrow!

NF DD 2/26 pending tonight. Last year we called and had it released early. I’m sure they will again.

I see mine pending for 2/26. If you’re using the app. Click on the account it’s suppose to go to and then click on scheduled transactions. I called and the y said I can have it released at 6am tomorrow morning. I hope this helps.

Nope which is odd because I can see my regular pay check pending (3days til it clears).

I called and they said they didn’t receive my refund as of yet and no pending notice but then magically my work check popped up

If we do see it pending it probably won’t be until at least 4pm eastern time, that’s what usually happens with a lot of my deposits. I also sometimes have my school stipends go into my account without a pending so we will see. I might call navy federal after 4pm if I don’t see a pending.

Im still not pending. Last year I saw it pending a day early and was able to have them release it. So far this year my school has deposit twice and I didnt get a pending deposit. So we shall see

I wonder if that is for people that paid the fees upfront, but that’s good to know that we may see a pending on Monday, probably not till the afternoon but at least they will have it early..

I just called navy fed customer service and an agent named Jacob said monday is when navy fed users will see it. And can release once we see it or at least early Tuesday morning we can call in and push it through

That’s what I thought too. I couldn’t remember if it just goes straight in or if it showed pending first.

Yes. It does. If you see it pending, you can call and ask them if it is possible to release it. Depending on the state of your accounts with them, they may.
