NA on transcript, email says accepted 2/13, IRS says 2/16?

Filed 2/12, IRS email saying accepted 2/13, called IRS Tax Payer advocacy line and they said our return didn’t get into their system until 2/16. WMR has one bar, return transcript says NA.

Is this typical for this year? Good/bad? What the heck is going on this year?

I think this year the IRS is just picking and choosing which return to process when. I filed on 2/6 with TT and it was sent and accepted on 2/12 by the IRS. The guy I talked to today told me that they have my return, no issues with it, and they will get to it when they get to it.
