I am seeing some people whose transcripts have not updated, have the “still updating” message and bars disappeared, but got their refund…..any idea whats up with that? I am hoping that will be the case for me!

If the transcripts show as NA, they have not received a refund. Period. The NA shows indicates that the IRS has not processed their returns yet. To say otherwise is either lying to garter attention, or misinformation on their part (as in they do not understand).

I was told by an Jackson Hewitt worker that the ones who have received their refunds had taken the loan out and they weren’t telling you everything. No one got EIC credits ect before the IRS open on Feb 12 2021.

I have seen 2 people saying sbtg shows they have the money and their transcripts are still showing n/a but no one saying they actually got the deposit while showing n/a. Very curious.

I wish I could just stop checking and be patient, but it seems impossible for me.

I’ve seen some posters saying they got their refund (pending or visible on SBTG) while WMR still shows 1 bar, but they either don’t check or have ability to view transcripts or they report the 846 on their TS.

I haven’t seen anyone state that they got their refund but know for a fact that their TS is “N/A.”

I’m wondering if that will be the case for a lot of people. A lot of us are depending on the transcripts because the WMR isn’t showing accurate info this year but that seems to be going slow this year too!
