My timeline – Do NOT give up hope!!

2/2 – F/A with TT Had 1 bar for 17 days.
2/19 Bar disappeared & had processing notation with no Topic 152 but my $$ was still there. Could not access transcripts either.
2/23 – Called and got a referral on my 21st day.
2/23 – Referral started processing
3/2 – Topic 152 came back but no $$ amount
3/4 – Finally can see all transcripts with cycle code 20150903 with 846 code meaning I will get my refund on 3/10!

It was a long & exhausting process but there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!

  Were you ever flagged for IPSU? I filed 2/2 w/ TT also. Bars disappeared 2/4 & I’ve had the processing message ever since. Was unable to access transcripts … told to contact IPSU.
