Mine is the same way. I filed and was accepted 2/2. Finally got a intake with a tax advocate last Wednesday. My advocate is supposed to call Monday. After being told several times that it was just a random review and I didn’t need to do anything. They didn’t have one W2 for almost 15,000 of income. So I was advised to write a letter about it and send in my paystubs. Depending on what type of company I would request corporate or a operations manager. The employers have 30 days past The date they have to send w2 to employees to send it over to SSI. Which then reports to the IRS.
