So I have been researching and reading but said let me ask instead of continuing to be confused lol….

Below are my codes and DDD. I am a Pather but claim same as always so is it safe to say I am a daily? And because my DDD can vary from the calculation I read about 5 days, does that mean a daily can get their refund on any day and a weekly only on certain days? All this is so confusing. I filed and was approved on 1/25. But I see others that were accepted after me with dates for the 18th or 21st. What determines the difference on dates? Are they still going to deposit before the processing date like they have in the past?

      20160405 processed 02/15 DDD 2/03

      20170603 processed 02/27 DDD 2/22

      20180701 processed 03/05 DDD 2/22

      20190605 processed 02/25 DDD ???

Okay. So you can be weekly 1 yr and daily the next? More importantly, can you please explain what the difference or why it matters to ppl so much what they are? Is it because daily can get an update everyday and weekly only 1 time a week? Or do they get their money quicker? I’m trying to learn for future reference

The number that your cycle code ends in is your daily/weekly designator. 05 means weekly and 01-04 means daily. Based on yours for this year you are a weeklybupdate Fridays and Saturdays for transcripts and WMR.

The dates I gave were what was the dates beside the codes to determine if I am weekly or daily and also the actual date deposited with the code 846.

Your 05 this year indicates you are a weekly update and transcript updates for you should usually post Thursday which means you will see them Friday morning. The 06 signifies that your return started processing Thursday February 7th.

Do your transcripts have codes? Specifically the 846 refund code? If not you won’t know your DDD until that posts. The other date next to the cycle code is not a DDD

So does that mean I should see an update any day or only a certain day?
