Movement?….your tax return is still being processed

okay filed on the 13th accepted 13th called on the 19th was told that my tax return was unpostable was told it was going to specialized processing have had no movement in 2 weeks but today my status in Where’s My Refund goes to your tax return is still being processed a refund date will be available when possible etc…. to just your refund is still being processed…… movement or non movement I don’t know what to say…thoughts anyo

I finally did get my refund on the 9th.. it showed approval the Saturday before…. I guess after they took it out of manual processing they stuck it back in the system it went through and it worked out

Same thing happened to me. Turned out I had to ID verify. If it changes to still processing it is not a good thing! Call and find out now! They will mail you a letter about it but not for a while! I received a letter AFTER I fixed the problem! Just be persistent on the phone!

After saying that my claim had been received, and that I should received my refund within 21 days, it has been saying “claim still being processed” for 2 weeks now. Not sure what the deal is.
