      The most important snippet of info I’ve found on the IRS Website regarding no movement since 02/16.

      “Where’s My Refund will be updated with projected deposit dates for most early EITC and ACTC refund filers by February 23 so those filers will not see a refund date on Where’s My Refund ‎or through their software packages until then. ”

      This can be found here:
      https://www.irs.gov/individuals/refund-timing

      I check WMR every morning and no update, still has same “being processed” message.
      I check use the Get Transcript tool ( https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript ) every morning to find NO 846 Code on Account Transcript and Wage Transcript showing “No Record of Return Filed”.
      I check the SSA ( https://secure.ssa.gov/mySSA/start ) to see if IRS reported my income there, NOPE!
      I filed and was accepted on 01/29 and could see transcripts on 02/16 and lost bars same day. My cycle code is 0705 so I expect to see the update Saturday Morning. with a DDD of 02/27-03-01 with the DD happening Mon-Wed next week.

          Your reported Earnings are reported to the Social Security Administration so if you become disabled or reach retirement age you can collect a check based on how much you made/contributed. 1. You can sign up/ sign in and see your earnings were reported for 2018. 2. Your Wage Transcript is also completed when that information has been sent to SSA. I believe the return is complete when 846 Refund Issued Code appears on Account Transcript and those last two things occur. I believe this will all happen either tonight overnight or Friday into Saturday. If you see nothing changes by the morning, Saturday is the day you will get a DDD for 2/27-3/1 – if your lucky you’ll get it 2 days early on most prepaid cards but traditional banks can take a day or two…..

            @onceperday What does it mean if you can see your income on SSA?

                Can we all just scroll the threads before starting new ones. We are sharing information that has been shared over and over again. I come here every year and this clutter, this year, is getting annoying. IJS.

                  Starting on the 27th? Not by the 27th ughh bs so many of us are in need what is going on with them this year!? .. first it was like no worries ya won’t be affected w/gov shutdown most filings get “automatically” passed/approve if filing is similar to previous years .. then path act reporting “by law funds cannot be released before feb. 15th” which led me (& i think many) to believe okay they received/approved our filings but by law can’t release funds until after 2/15 so we should be expecting it within few days of 2/15 *i called irs yesterday lady said they couldn’t start working on path return until 2/15 which totally shocked me the site did not say anything about path returns will start getting worked on 2/15 it just said path return funds cannot be released before 2/15 .. i told her many have received ddd of 2/22 she said yeah i heard that too they are working as fast as they can to process them but if you have no error msg/code thats good just wait funds will be deposited by 2/27 .. filed 1/23 accepted 1/24 im on “received/processing” check my bank account daily as my credit union Always post any incoming funds a day or two early (it’ll be in pending status where i can see it, just can’t use it until the date it’s meant to be released) haven’t seen anything .. remaining positive we get funds BY 2/27 not that irs will start releasing them 2/27 … game of waiting

                      Hey , also this straight from the IRS Twitter page.: Coming soon: #IRS expects #EITC & ACTC refunds to be available to taxpayers starting Feb. 27, if taxpayers chose direct deposit & there are no other issues with their tax return. Check https://t.co/KvzBKRpdwy https://t.co/DDlNHtGMrb
                      But some of us …me included…keep on checking daily and get pissed off when we don’t see any update. I’m still on the processing message and hope that by 23rd will get an update….if I don’t then I will really start to worry lol.

                        Here are the last 5 DD actual date money was received on My Bluebird:

                        * Sat, Feb 8, 2014, 2:18 AM
                        * Wed, Feb 4, 2015, 3:10 AM

                        Then sometime in 2015, IRS told me I owed them $13k so……
                        * Mon, Oct 10, 2016, 11:04 PM* I extended and filed 2015’s on 09/23 AFTER amending 2013 so I WOULD get a Refund- and I did.

                        * Fri, Mar 31, 2017, 5:48 PM* I didn’t file until 03/16
                        * Fri, Feb 16, 2018, 6:08 PM* filed on 02/06 (only 10 days DD last year)

                            I filed/accepted 1/29. ACTC/EIC. 20190505 2-18. I checked the other day and ssa does have my wages. I filed my friend’s with the exact same credits 19 mins after mine. She was offset, I’m not. Her DDD is tomorrow. I still don’t have one. Before path, once you could see your return transcript that meant you were done and would have your money in a week. Idk what in the world is going on with them this year. And it’s NOT path. I’ve been PATH every year since they started. I think it lifting on a Friday was an issue. Here’s hoping we all see DD before DDD.

                              I’m in agreement except I think mine will hit my bank acct on 2/28. My last 5 returns have been deposited on Thursdays.

                                I’m confirming your expectation with what I’ve seen this year and last few. Since last Sunday I’ve been thinking most of us still waiting would see updates on transcripts Friday morning and a DDD on WMR Saturday morning, with a DDD for 2/27 or 3/1.
